Richard, You are missing the point... ....and you are worrying about something that really is NOT important. Point of fact, people who respond to him CAN easily get their money back... Most people DO NOT even read the book, NOR do they examine the website after they've signed up for it. He knows the odds are in his favor... ....and a 15% refund rate is easily acceptable in the info business... Now, the OTHER topic... Have an acceptable product. Now, does he have an acceptable product? Only he knows and he knows by his numbers. Now, is is product up to par as far as you and I are concerned? No! We are NOT his market. No one in the energy field is his market. So, who is his market and why are they happy with him? A very important question for this group and the ones here that actually are in business.
