These energy flows are also affected by your rootedness, your lack of rootedness, and by your access to heavenly energies from the spiritual realms, and by your access to " other " realms, positive and negative, through your 3rd eye, your 3 chakra, and your 2nd chakra. >and if the axel is straight and centered it > can spin like a top, The best centered position to achieve what you are refering to is something that is well practiced and almost looks like a monkey walk. Very fast. Very balanced. Very centered for directional movement, depending upon the aggressor, and the " habit " formed in your energy fields through much practice. By centered, I am refering to the 3 primary centers. > But if the axel is the slightest bit off you'll wobble about. It is something else, an " else " that can be fixed by probably never will be because they just don't calibrate nor believe in what we see, feel and know. Again, the physical is affected by the mental, emotional and the spiritual. Many people attempt to " cure " a problem by doing the 3 thumps. The complete package needs to be done for the best benefits. > It is not necessary to be one of them if one is mindful of the dynamics in play at the moment. Now this I do agree with. Now in blocking, circulars moves are used, AND the circle STARTS with the " chi-kung " step. So the hand seems to move effortless, but the in-coming attack is deflected as if it hit a brick wall. Now, add the proper iron palm training to the small circular " chi- kung " step and the tiny hand movement, and you've cracked his bones easily and effortlessly. Sincerely, Dr John M.
