Hi Doc and the list,

 

Want to tell you that I really am enjoying this list, and thanks for

your part in making it happen.

 

Reading the posts on this list, I got inspired and checked out Donna's

EM drills, and have been pleasantly surprised at the results (Even

though they seem just too simple).

 

Two recent experiences have changed my skeptisism. The other day when

I could not find my wallet, I got upset (is it gone forever?,etc). A

few minutes later I was able to find it, but by then the adrenilin was

already working.Hey- good time to sedate my TW. So that is what I did.

Simple, quick, effective.It was so nice to be calm so soon. (My usual

recovery time takes longer).

 

Secondly, I decided to do an new drill for me- chakra clearing. Wow!

Liked it so much that I did my back too. And from just doing this

yesterday and today, I have noticed a difference.Walking around today-

I am much more grounded. I can feel a solidness and weightiness.I am

having a great time with this.

 

So again, a big thanks to you Doc and to the list for the nugde that

got me playing with such coule stuff.
