Guest guest
Hey Elroy, I have a few suggestions, which clients of mine have really found useful. 1. Jo Christi Method - Basically do a crown pull to include the entire body, over the head, down the back and down each limb. With the Arms, take your other hand, and twist your arm dry... 2. Get a brush and Gently Tap your legs 3. Get a small radio shack magnet and twist it on a string right above the legs...follow or trace your meridians with it, will be even more powerful 4. From what you posted, do you do your 5 minute Energy Routine? If not, This one will be the Difference that Makes a Difference For you. I would start with the 5 minute Routine before you do any of the other things. 5. Before you go to bed, if you want to take a Bath to Restore Your Youth and Vigor, and take those nasty toxins out of your body, muscles and organs, take a bath with a small box of baking soda. These should really help ya....if you do them. Richard eljwc wrote: >Hi folks, > >I have my first forms competition coming up pretty soon, and I'm almost >completely prepared. Guest guest
The best medcine for fatigued muscles is rest. The massarge and streching helps, it will keep them from tighten up, replace the deep massarge to a gentle massarge, and apply heat, one of those creams like tigar balm should do. Take a day or two from exerciseing that part of the body the rest will make the muscles recover. Now that your muscles has been stressed, you will find that if you repeat the same exercise in the same fasion the muscles will have adapted, remember to give them a full day's rest the day prior to the competition. nlphypnotist , eljwc <eljwc@o...> wrote: > Hi folks, > > I have my first forms competition coming up pretty soon, and I'm almost > completely prepared. Yes, also do the Complete Jo Cristi drill. Richard did leave the thigh and leg part of it off. It is on the back posts. It has been written about before and should be easy to find. In the last 6 months I think. If you can't find it, let me know. Ps. Nice post Richard.
