New to Group but not new to crystals

Hi! My name is Carol and I'm new to this group.

 

I have many different crystals and was into healing, etc several years

ago. I was involved in a marriage that happily produced 2 beautiful

twin boys. I unfortunately lost any printed, etc material that I had

on the use etc of crystals when I was divorced. Fortunately, I still

have the crystals (mostly quartz and a few others).

 

I find now that I have a hereditary condition which compromises my

health, and suffer lots of stress due to the poor relationship with my

ex (who evidently never approved of my use of crystals), and his new

wife seems to despise me.

 

I really need healing now both for my physical health and for my

mental/emotional healing. I have recently changed all the home

cleaning products in my house to non-toxic, healthly, earth-friendly

products, so at least I've cleaned up that part of my life.

 

I could really use some help at getting back into the use of my

various crystals to help my other healing, especially the

mental/emotional part.
