Hi Rusty,

 

Thanks, I was taught how to use two of the dantians, one is in the

lower abdomen (deep behind and slightly below the navel), and another

one in the heart area. Most of the time I use the one in the lower

abdomen to collect the energy. There are others....but I haven't

learned about those.
