Guest guest
Hi Clay, I remember the guy that could count to 1000 with the alpha brainwave drill and still be awake…some wise grandmaster I knew that was teaching the class told him, “Well, get up and do some work on stuff you like then. Put it to work for you.” And the student did. But Doc would never tell anyone that using your ‘awake’ time more productively...even when you think you should be sleeping… is a good answer would he? (Yes he did) Have fun, Walter -----Original Message----- On Behalf Of taodofounder Tuesday, February 13, 2007 5:33 PM To: Subject: over a decade of insomnia Hi Everyone, I am having severe trouble sleeping can't fall asleep or stay asleep worth a darn-been like this for years. Guest guest
Have you noticed that during the course of your life that you sleep less then a normal person, and still have the energy to funcation as though you slept for eight hours, could it be something that is natural for you, or is it that you are told that you have a sleeping problem because it doesn't fit the pattern of the average person.......as you think about it, just take and consider these suggestions, otherwise you can conclude that your sleep pattern natural normal for you if it has been going on for years. how about exercising or doing work until until you are tired, if you exert the muscles, then the body will naturaly relax itself.... If all else fail at least practice astral projection, at least while you are out of body, the body can replinish the depleted energy You can watch a boring movie, that always put me to sleep, or get a partner and enjoy some sex, perhaps it will relax you to the point of falling asleep, people tend to have a sound sleep after a good erotic experience.... Or you can also use the insomnia to your advantage, and do some type of energy work, or study something that you can use within your life.... nlphypnotist , "taodofounder" <taodofounder wrote:>> Hi Everyone,> I am having severe trouble sleeping can't fall asleep or stay asleep > worth a darn-been like this for years. Guest guest
I have known people whose normal sleep pattern was 3 hours/night. I have known others whose normal pattern was 10 hours/night. These are extremes, but both can be normal. If you don't feel well, you should look into it more. In Class 8 of the certification program, someone gave a detailed description of how she cured her insomnia of 16 years. Maybe it will be on the DVD when it comes out. I am just getting into using the pendulum and i was wondering if one could use the pendulum and ask maybe why you have insomina or maybe what you could do for your insomnia Diane
