Lupus effects so many areas of your body...she's going to need a pile of stones I'm sure. I'll have to look into this too. Guest guest
Jaime, I would suggest sunstones and garnet together. Sunstones heal on a molecular level and tend to be an all around great healer. I've noticed adding a small garnet to a pouch of sunstones boosts their energy. Guest guest
Lupus is a chronic, autoimmune disease which causes inflammation of various parts of the body, especially the skin, joints, blood and kidneys. So it depends on which area of the body it is affecting. Take for example if inflammation is the problem use pyrit. This will be if it is painful...if it is affecting the joints...use dark stones black, dark brown and green. Kidneys use...chrysoberyl., olivine or topaz. If the blood is being affected I would would try to figure out which way it is affecting. As it can affect the blood differently...Hope this help...Tracy - Fotograffa Tuesday, April 26, 2005 11:17 AM Re: [CrystalHW] needing help!! My dear friend has Lupus both types,Systemic and Discoid. Guest guest
I have lupus and it manifests in a multitude of ways far beyond what was already mentioned. I am almost 50 and they traced it back to when I was 5. I was a " fragile " child having been premature and I had allergies and asthma but they weren't treated so much back then unless you were on your deathbed. I got stung by at least 50 bees (my Dad kinda counted them as he tried to remove them) when I was jumping on a glider that had a bees nest in it. It was one of three times in this life that I could have opted out as I like the other side so much but I have things to do and people to see so I came back. Anyway, the " specialists " said that the massive amount of stings triggered the lupus. I was only diagnosed 15 years ago but I can attribute most of my ailments to the lupus, the only thing that may be seperate is the ADHD. But the truth of the matter (my truth) is that I am an Indigo (which, besides my heritage and upbringing have allowed me to be a lifelong multidisciplined metaphysicist and energy worker) so the body suffers for the high vibration. I have bad eyesight, am colorblind, no gross motor skills, IBS, chronic fatigue, the aforementioned allergies (to food, insects, animals, chemicals, enviroment, life in general, lol) and asthma, arthritis, migraines, kidney and heart problems, sun sensitivity, arthralgias, metatarsalgia, Sjogren's Syndrome, Raynaud's syndrome, cystitis, skin lesions, low grade fever, etc. I figure there are too many different things to heal so I use a quartz crystal, it covers all the bases. Reiki, diet, exercise when able, rest when necessary, and stretching are helpful also. Sorry for the babbling, hope it helps. Feel free to contact me if I can be of service. Guest guest
Oh Sandy! As I began to read your letter, I knew you were Indigo before I even got to that part! My heart goes out to you! I am sure you have things to do yet and people’s lives to touch. I am sending Healing Light and requesting help for you from AA Raphael. Guest guest
Thank you so much for the beautiful thoughts. I am all about clarity so I do want to say that part of my point was that I am ok with everything but the healing from others is much appreciated as I can help others more than myself. I know it is that way so we can realize that we are all a part of one. I also wanted to elaborate on the extent of lupus as so many people are of the belief that if you look ok then you are ok. I am usually at my worst when I look well and I put more effort in being happy when I am distressed so it appears that I am fine when the reverse is true. Also, in the last ten years or so, doctors are realizing that there are different degrees of some illnesses and that some previously diagnosed childhood diseases can be adult onset. At times I am tested for tuberculosis, cystic fibrosis and other disorders because I have certain symptoms and could have contracted (or expressed) them due to a resurgence of many " extinct " diseases. Reiki, crystals, other healing modalities and all you wonderful angels are what keeps me going and I humbly thank you. Guest guest
Hi Jaime, There are several forms of sunstone I'm familiar with: 1. heliodor is the state stone of Oregon in the USA. It is a fairly clear stone with flash, if you're lucky enough to find one with flash. I don't know why, but I think it is useful in casting spells. 2. sunstone from the Indian subcontinent is a more opaque stone, peachy in background color, with a distinct flash or show to it. Absolutely a happy stone. Great for grief work, too. Love, Light and Blessings to us all, Diana
