Then this morning Sarah emailed me and said... Then check the adrenals and the thyroid by 'touch and test'. Correct by doing the rooster crown drill for a minimum of 2 minutes. And massage the adrenal lymphatics front and back. Then switch off the alarm point on the thyroid gland, stretch the neck front and back...then figure 8 the Adams apple area for a minute or so. It really does help... ....and it does take a while of doing the drills to be normalized for long lasting effects. Most people find it easier to go to an MD and get a simple thyroid medication like syntroid for an 'instant fix'. Have fun.
