A simple yet effective over-the night cure for constipation

Hi Lee,

 

Jumping in here with some simple stuff that really has worked well for my

clients.

 

1. It's paritally the foods you avoid and the foods you don't avoid.

 

2. Avoid, or eat less of the foods that turns into glue inside your colon and

intestines, ie, red meat, grease, and most milk products.

 

3. Eat more of the foods that are enclosed in water and fiber and that add

movement inside your colon.

 

4. Take a teaspoon of olive oil with each meal. This also helps tremendously for

the connective tissues of the body and any pain in the knees, back, neck will

gradually disappear.

 

Only do this for a week or two. That should be all you need. If you do need

more, go ahead.

 

Most of my clients do 2 weeks...and don't do it again until needed, which might

be 4 months, or never.

 

5. When arising from sleep, go into the kitchen and drink a cup of warm water,

to help clear those drosses out of the system.

 

Do this every day.

 

I recommend people dissolve a 1/2 teaspoon of powdered Vit C in that glass of

water, which really helps the drosses leave the system.

 

6. Especially if you then do the ileoceal valve and the Houston valve...

 

Do this every day.

 

7...then get on the mini-trampoline and bounce for 3 minutes.

 

Do this every day.

 

That exercise is tremendously good for the muscles, the internal organs, the

bones, and building strength at the cellular level using the energies of

gravity, acceleration and de-acceleration.

 

8. Just for funnzies you can add tapping on both stomach point 1's about 15

times. Use a positive intention when you tapp.

 

9. Then, of course there is the psychological component that can be easily be

helped instantly with the Ez Energy Method.

 

Here's a clear easy example of the process.

 

Do the Psychological Reversal statement, " Even though I can't poop easily, I

choose to find ways that do work well for me naturally and easily " .

 

Then run the first 8 second " charge elimination " drill where you take the charge

off of the statement, " Even though I can't blab, blab, blab " .

 

Run the second 8 second drill where you add a positive charge to the

thought-form " I choose to find simple ways that work for me " .

 

Then take another 8 seconds to combine for of those thought-forms so that when

the negative thought occurs it has attached to it the positive charged

thought-form automatically.
