Guest guest
Sure... I might prefer to count down to level and then " on the count of three, I will know X number of things I can do to improve my sleep... " That way you get answers or impressions on what action to take. Some of the answers I get pop into my mind later on, like when I wake up, or just out of the clear blue during the day while I'm doing other stuff... You could use the pendulum for " this insomnia is caused by unfinished business, " " this insomnia is caused by diet, " " this insomnia is caused by triple warmer, " and so on... Another thing, for example, let's say one of the answers at level was to take a specific supplement, you could use the pendulum to know how much of that supplement to take (re-calibrate later, because an initial amount might not be the same as what's needed later on), whether or not additional supplements are needed, etc. You could also use the pendulum to test the different energy systems for imbalances. Then do the appropriate energy medicine techniques to correct it. And if you have a partner and know how, you can just do the energy test for each of those to see what needs corrected. Guest guest
Hey Jim, I don't have insomnia by any means, but I appreciate the techniques you listed and the concise easy to follow way you laid it out. It's always nice to hear new combinations of Doc's methods. RSN
