Guest guest
Hey Sue, Yes I wnet to a naturapath and had the blood, urine and stool tests. My test levels are above normal. Most everything else is fine except my food alergies. I beleive that they dont test for the melatonin. I bielieve that melatonin the supplement produces seratonin which is one of the hormones responsible for our circadian rythms. I bielieve that I know how to test for if somthing is good or bad for my by using the pendulum, body rock, kines. test or stick/slide method. If you know of a better way please share. For the deeper ?s I truly do not know. I do know that thier is not enough time in the day to get all of what I want out of the day. I have done over 100 EFT techs. on myself and still have massive stress and sleep issues. I do tend to heal or work on others before myself. I have been able to fix anything from long term deep seaded fears , problems, traumas, injuries, menapuasal issues etc. for others, when I try it on myself it does not seem to have much effect. I have purchased a multitude of Doc,s and other peaple,s cds, tapes,DVDs,books manuals etc. Spent countless hours and money on research. Since I have not had any luck with anyone else in the medical fields helping me. Still keep searching but have not found a cure yet. Guest guest
Dear Clay, I am one who used to find it most difficult to go to sleep. I tried everything and in the end, realized that it was my mind keeping me awake. I couldn't stop thinking mode. I have learned something that came just from my guides...and that is...to move my thoughts, from my mind into my heart. It is the heart where one finds rest. The mind contains information, the personality, and the events in time... that it processes constantly...and this keeps it busy. The heart contains only knowing, who one truly is, and eternity, and so one is able to rest, because it is in the heart where one knows, one is, and time has no meaning. What one finds manifested in their outer world is a mirror to what is in their inner world. I had to find in me all those things that I unecessarily worried about (I didn't think I worried about anything) I had to find what it was I feared (I sure didn't think I had any fears left) and I had to go inside and find what it was I thought I might miss out on if I did go to sleep. When I went within in humility knowing that I didn't have any answers and couldn't find any from anywhere outside myself...this deep surrender recieved the answers, one by one...and I have been able to sleep well since. This could very well be a past memory that is trying to surface, or a past life coming through into healing so that one can move forward into ascension. Guest guest
Hi Clay Hey I don't know if this will help you or not. Can't hurt to try it tho. I read that doing this will help the left and right hemisphere to communicate or connect so I started doing it at night before going to sleep and I it knocks me out in short order for some reason. Breath in and imagine the breath coming in left side of your brain pass the breath to the right side and breath out on the right side. Then Breath in on right side and out on the left. Continue switching sides and letting your breath gently pass from one side to the other. I don't think it matters what side you start with. It puts me to sleep every time although that isn't what it is for. Take care Linda , clayton kelleher <taodofounder wrote: > > Hey Orna, > Do you truly beleive a that that is part of the equation. True positive or negative talk can effect of energies. I have been trying to work on the subconsious level with the Alpha brain wave trainning and the EFT. I would think that, that would be a stronger siganl, but I have been wrong before. Any suggestions. > Clay >
Guest guest
Clay--you said: If you know of a better way please share. For the deeper ?s I truly do not know. I do know that thier is not enough time in the day to get all of what I want out of the day. I have done over 100 EFT techs. on myself and still have massive stress and sleep issues. I can't really describe the better testing in an email. I hope you can take a class some day as you could use the information in your work. I still have a strong sense that you are in TW overload (and your girlfriend) (and don't forget you don't always need a partner for sex) and you need to BE QUIET. Go on a weekend spiritual retreat--no talking, just being. I see so many things you might use that I don't know where to begin. The good news is that you can work on almost all of them. I'd recommend you take a class and/or go to a practitioner even if you have to travel (that could be part of your retreat). You are right about serotonin. 5HTP also works on serotonin. Gives some people vivid dreams, but not very many. If you have food sensitivities, serotonin may be a big key as more is produced in the gut than the brain, even though it is called a neurotransmitter. Then you said: I do tend to heal or work on others before myself. I have been able to fix anything from long term deep seaded fears , problems, traumas, injuries, menapuasal issues etc. for others, when I try it on myself it does not seem to have much effect. Sue answers: The number one way to help others is to learn the importance of helping yourself and DOiNG it. Learn how to set boundaries between yourself and others. Say no when needed. You must walk the walk. But if you approach EM like you have the rest of your life, where you are driven and overly responsible and overly caregiving and obsessively, frequently performing drills without being in touch with your center, your spirit--well, you will just overwhelm your system even more. Relax. The answers are there and will come with time. PLAY with this stuff. I think in a year or two you could really be good at this. Sue The essence of genius is in knowing what to overlook.
