Does time have to fly when you're having fun?

Taking time distortion while commuting a step further.... Would I be

correct in concluding that the positive anchor that I had----the

spectacular scenery I enjoyed during my commute---must have been

stronger than the negative anchor I had---the long commute. And

because they were both activated at the same time and because the

positive anchor was stronger than the negative anchor it overrode the

negative anchor?

And then because it seems that time always flies for me when I'm

having fun or enjoying something, another anchor of mine, my commute

seemed like minutes rather than hours? Then when I hit the highspeed

heavy traffic the strong negative anchor I have for heavy highspeed

traffic kicked in and overrode all of my positive anchors? Is this

all a stretch? (Or was it simply that Hakalau overrode everything,

distorting time, relaxing me, and none of those anchors are relevant

when I am in Hakalau?)

Just wondering if this can all be broken down into anchors....and

then knowing what those anchors are (or maybe meta-programs is more

appropriate) doesn't this allow me to to decide which ones I want to

be dominant and during which specific activities?

For example: One way to slow down time might be to establish an

anchor where I am seeing myself doing something tedious, but benign,

like sitting through a boring presentation where time seems to drag

on forever.

Then establish a stronger positive anchor where I am really enjoying

a particular something that I would like to enjoy longer.

Then trigger both anchors at the same time according to the protocol

we learned, so that whenever I'm actually doing the thing that I

enjoy, it should seem like it has slowed down for much longer

enjoyment. Maybe there is a better, easier way?

I haven't tried it for this yet. Thinking out loud is more like it.

Right now I'm reviewing the handouts on anchors from the Propulsion

seminar. A lot of good stuff there.

Thanks!

Lori
