DANGER FROM SONIC BOOMS CAUSING HEAVY DAMAGE IN FLORIDA AND ELSEWHERE !

 

Mr. President and others:

 

Another Decorated American Veteran, my late father Joseph Quentin Whitley who lived near EGLIN AFB in the Panhandle of Florida at Navarre on Mona Drive, reported to the U.S. Air Force that sonic booms over his residence in Navarre caused heavy damage to his NEW PATIO. The Air Force personnel scoffed at the very idea a resident would claim such damage. My father properly filed suit which WON based on the damage he proved with Air Force Experts who were witnesses and testified about underwater concrete damage from SONIC BOOMS.

 

As a State of Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor License CFC032631 PLUS Certified to Test and Repair Backflow Assemblies, since perhaps 1984 on the Contractors license, we are convinced the Residential and Commercial damage to concrete and concrete materials for buildings and residences or even slabs are being disturbed by SONIC BOOM DAMAGE here in Florida plus all Base areas or Testing Areas using SONIC BOOMS.

 

It is also extremely possible even the Hillsborough County Water Reservoir has been a victim PLUS multiple areas in this State of Florida and other States where SONIC BOOMS are caused by military Aircraft or Space Shuttles landing patterns which make the BOOMS over land rather than restricting them over OCEAN OR GULF WATERS. You should stop this BOOM practice !

 

The leaks to underground storage tanks such as FUEL tanks, septic, water and oil tanks plus entire water lines or Reservoir leaks could be linked to such SONIC BOOM damage. My fear is increased training and use of SONIC BOOMS over specific areas with DAMS or RESERVOIRS which may be verified and with some help from you Mr. President these flights can be restricted to WATER SONIC BOOM AREAS such as Oceans, Gulf or other areas here in America and overseas.

 

We are NOT AT WAR with the American People so we should be extremely cautious since SONIC BOOMS do cause damage to steel, concrete and buildings or residences let alone tanks in ground or above ground that may be cracked along with water lines or fuel lines. Air Shows WORLDWIDE allowing SONIC BOOMS should be stopped and all aircraft restricted to going SUPER SONIC only over oceans or gulf waters. Lakes, Dams and Reservoirs plus building or human occupied areas should be RESTRICTED TO NO SONIC BOOMS !

 

Space Ships or UFO's do not even reportedly make SONIC BOOMS !

Just shuttles and Military Aircraft.

 

Please STOP THE SONIC BOOMS OVER LAND here and abroad and verify or survey the damage to the American People plus Cities and States or FOREIGN NATIONS from such BOOMS ! Sonic Booms can hurt animals, insects, people and pets !
