Welcome New Members/Group Needs New Direction.

Hi All,

 

 

 

Many of you, more than 50, have joined very recently. Many of you are

naturopaths and alternate healers. I welcome you all to this group

which has been possible due to active help and support from Dr

Shirish Bhate, Dr Leo Rebello and Jane MacRoss. I merely created the

group on the net. Jane looks after it mostly. She is a trained nurse

from Australia, Dr Bhate is a renowned ayurved and Dr Rebello is a

internationally acclaimed medical practioner and author of many

wonderful books on health and healing. There are many famous and

sincere doctors in this group many of whom are very busy in their

practice and cannot devote much time to the group activities.

 

 

 

The group from the very beginning has been anti modern medicine. The

group objective of actively promoting the cause of holistic healing,

I frankly admit, has not been met. I request everyone to ponder upon

this and contribute accordingly. Today people are asking for

solutions. As one of the most resourceful India based group catering

to all forms of alternate healing methods we owe it to the members to

deliver on our promises.

 

 

 

The groups objective is to create awareness that the only method to

treat illness is to consider the patient as a whole and with utmost

care and affection guide the patient towards a complete recovery. Yes

we are talking about cure here. We are a very brave group of medical

activists who have taken it upon ourselves to change the current

approach to health in India. Individually most of us have been

hounded for our views but we have stuck it out.

 

 

 

It is my aim to strengthen the group by slowly offering advice to

patients regarding where to go and whom to approach for treating

their ailments. For this we need a directory of healers which I think

Life Positive has already prepared. We can try to obtain it if it is

available.

 

 

 

Later on we can think of offering more expert advice. Offering

prescriptions will not be possible nor is it advisable.
