What is interesting is that she actually tells us how to detach.

 

Which is another word for dissociation.

 

Even putting on the cloths of a doctor is a way of detachment.

 

Having too much empathy is being associated into their pain and

emotional fears 'as if' you are them.

 

Which does NOT help anyone.

 

Both empathy (NOT sympathy) and dissociation are necessary for best

results.
