It is great to have both. Okay, here's a suggestion or two. This is happening because you have a conscious mind and an unconscious mind. You're familiar with your conscious mind, but you don't know so much yet about how to manage your unconscious mind. Consciously, you want good things for yourself but your unconscious mind has, through your previous experiences, got into the habit of criticising you and generating bad feelings about yourself. It's also generating the feelings that are making things leap out of your hand. How do you fix it? Google for " EFT " . Search the archives for " Inner Demon Destroyer " or IDD. Stand in front of the mirror, take a deep breath, close your eyes. Remember a time someone who you trusted said something to you that made you feel good about yourself - " I love you " , " You're a wonderful friend " , something like that. Listen to that voice over and over again. Feel the feeling that goes with it. Squeeze your thumb and forefinger together. Think about clouds. Listen to the voice again, squeeze the thumb and forefinger. Do that maybe four times. Then open your eyes, squeeze the thumb and forefinger just the same and look yourself in the eye. Do this three times a day. And see how you go. When you've played with all that, post as to how you're getting on. The DVD is great -- I think I've given away about 25 of them to friends I like to learn by watching -- and then re-enforce with the book.
