Everything stated about the technology and its capabilities are truth. The only thing that isn't confirmed is the government stating their intent to use, but if you know like I know, there's a lot they do without stating it first. Bottom line is, the technology wouldn't be built in if it wasn't intended to be used. Check out HAARP and google "Comcast cameras to start watching you". See for yourself.
