RE Antidote and a suggestion

i am dealing with a cold / flu chills myself and also some odd

computer behaivior so am not online much at the moment certainly it

might be nice to have such a basic list tyhough the uses and lists of

stones vary so much that it would be a challenge to keep it brief

One of the problems with not feeling all that well is thay I don't

really have the energy to select stones and herbs and shakti in a clear

headed way

I am trying carnelian in my belly button at the moment as that often is

a good pick me up and warmer
