Smile Greeting everybody in this group - Just joined and writing my

problem with a request to doctors and specialists to study it and

answer me a suitable reply

About 4 years back I have an attack of nervous breakdown resulting

in right side footdrop. At that time my MRI revealed Disc

herniation at L3 L4 left side with likely impingenment upon the

existing nerve roots. That time I felt excruciating pain in my back

and both buttock and I couldn't stand up straight anymore. This

went away after 2 days but then I felt pain down my right leg all

the way down into my foot. The pain stated from buttocks and goes to

right foot. I can walk on my heels and can tiptoe, but

walking on my toes was more difficult with my right foot ie can

walk but with decided limp. There was drop of foot but there was

burning pain ,tingling ,numbness & inability to sense vibration.

From that day I am taking physical therapy called electrical muscle

stimulator / I.F.T. and hot dip waxing to maintain muscle tone of

right foot. Since recovery is taking longer time I request your

goodself as which type of Reglexology Therapy is to be performed to

evaluate nerve.

As thru physiotherapy footdrop has been heeled and there is no

drop of foot but presently there is heaviness / stiffness

on my right foot. As I have also learned Su jok Acupuncture /

accupressure and according to this I have pressurise the healing

point related to lumber - ankle and foot. Moreover doing

acupuncture of nervous system as per correspondence points with

time acupuncture method and tonifying liver and kidney meridian thru

6 ki method with liver joint meridian thru Tri Origin model which is

latest therapy given by prof park jae woo of Korea.

But I think I am missing something somewhere thats why i am not able

to cure it.

As you all fully know that is is thru a pinced nerve and please be

kind to help me if u can.

smile regards
