(similar to the throat spread...) Especially good for those who've sprained ankles or torn ligaments around the ankles. (both me and my sister have....) Energy seems to get clogged there too, for those who've got some scar tissue.Helen (happy feet)Every morning, after my energy drills in the shower, I do the following.1. Do the gait reflexes on top of the feet.2. Do the SPREADING of the K-1, and then massage the energy off the toes.3. Tapp and massage the complete bottom of both feet.4. Squeeze the sides of both feet, making sure that the bladder meridian and the spleen meridians are flowing easily there.5. Use the Kahuna Energy Disk on both feet to reconnect the bodies energy polarity in the correct direction.6. Strengthen Sp Meridian by tracing it in the direction of it's normal flow.So I now easily center my mind and my physical body before starting the day.It takes about 2 minutes, and then I put on my socks.Great balance.
