restore TW/SP balance.

Yes, and the 'how' is important.

I would first erase the 'charge' on the first incident by one means or another.

A simple energy brain enhancement method is to do the frontal protuberances.

Hold until 'clear'.

Might take a few seconds or a few minutes.

Or just do an instant dissociation (see 'as if' on the end of a football field),

which should be learned before any incident and practiced in context.

Donna taught that type of dissociation in the case of 'hyper-vigilance'.

Then using the temporal tap, install what you want instead.

Or better yet, use the Ez Energy Method for the entire process.

Much, much, quicker, if speed and ease is of any importance.

minute routine, tap on TW3 on the back of your hand; flush SP by tracing the

meridian backward once then

Those are all great methods to normalize when NOT in the panic state.

The penetrating 'gasp' is an automatic process. Might want to do it on-purpose.

Hold your breath as you grasp the mouth and jaw.

Another good one that works for many and 'hand to the throat' which is really

the k-27's along with the triple warmer lymphatics, as you breath.

Great for regrounding and getting the proper flow of body energies.

When you combine with holding the forehead, it's even more powerful.

That book is SO IMPORTANT and VITAL to one's well-being.

The most fantastic wealth of info inside of it.
