Not sure what you are really after, nor why you are after it.

 

So I'm going to give you the MIRACLE foot drill.

 

While doing the gaits you can also get most of the meridian source

points by just massaging up and behind the ankle bone.

 

Then spread the bottom of the foot, HARD.

 

And then press into the heels, HARD, and hold for a couple of minutes.

 

Then squeeze the sides of the feet HARD!

 

Be sure and spoon the feet daily. In fact I carry a Kahuna Energy

Disk in my pocket so I can do the above 3 times a day.
