Hi Rhonda, I am a deep tactile, propioceptive genius. One of the ways I notice energy is with propioceptive directional flow. (See Sheldrake if you want more information on that type of 'sensing') Years ago I noticed that when I smile, the initial sensation of the smile actually starts where the Penetrating Flow starts. The energy flow up from that spot. And when I frown, that energy starts high and flows downward to the spincter. Then I found out it is very easy to teach that type of internal kinesthetic propioceptive awareness. In fact it can be taught in two sentences to someone that already is propioceptively aware. And that same flow can be calibrated with the use of the Central Meridian. Flows up, or reverses and flows down. I named it the " Covert Energy Barometer " , which after a few drills to learn the feel of the different flows, is an automatic process. That meridian ALWAYS changes flows depending upon the energy around you, or the thoughts within you. Learning the difference between other's energy output (or places) and yourself if fairly easy to do. Bad vibes from them... ....or negative thoughts inside yourself. (There are other ways which I will NOT go over on this post. Sorry) And the many uses for this covert method of Energy Detection is vast; from healing, to psychotherapy, to lie dectection, for the martial arts, for business communication, blab, blab, blab. Which is why it's one of the " Covert Awareness Skills of the brand new " Ez Energy Method " . In the JUST LAUNCHED Ez Energy Method, we actually have a DVD on this method, teaching how to develop that Inner Awareness and Calibration so it can be used Covertly. Hope you enjoyed this.
