Possible to clear the clot in a stroke patient?

I found out something new today, that clots in stroke victims are

never cleared medically - instead they tend to get bigger, blocking

off blood supply to more of the brain.

 

I'm comfortable with treating the side-effects.

 

The client is young and married so I'm hoping someone can suggest

options for treating clots? Also, there seems to be some kinds of

electrical/vascular abnormality.
