Due to tight schedule I could not write this article in time as promised. Sorry for the delay. The epilepsy attacks all. Even for many people the CT scan and EEG have shown normal study. In siddha medical system they call this as moolai choodu, the meaning is hot brain more preciously they say the fluid covering the brain becomes hot beyond certain limits. They suggest the following therapy/life style: Should not consume too hot and too cold food/ beverages. Too hot or too cold water bath should be avoided. Gas producing foods like tapioca, cauliflower, cabbage, potato, beans, sweet potato, pea nuts, deep fried foods, oil/fat rich foods should not be consumed (atleast should not be consumed regularly). Bhrammi (vallarai) herbal leaf should be consumed plenty. This is a nerve toner. Constipation should not be there. It should be properly attended. Minimum 12 months (rainy season to rainy season) siddha treatment is recommended. (Allopathic treatment is recommended atleast till the physician stops the medicine. The siddha doctors also recommend to continue allopathic treatment till the doctor prefer.) The siddha doctors also recommend to keep the mind calm/stress free. As an energy healer I recommend to heal the complete body and chackras for a lengthy period say 1-year -initially daily once, subsequently 2 times a week, then 1 time a week for a year depending upon complexity involved. SPIRITUAL STRESS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES: Tips: Plan your daily, weekly and monthly activities. Change environment whenever required. Correct the mistakes at the initial stage itself. Learn lessons to stop re-occurrence of mistakes. Timely action will stop worsening situation. Take preventive actions. Be optimum. Do not hesitate to say NO when you are not able to do. Do not bother about the results. Discuss with the appropriate persons only. Develop a meaningful relationship with others. Give your life a purpose and meaning. Think towards solutions. No regret for that happened wrong. Use the word challenge and not problem. Avoid unauthorized information. Reduce your emotions (Greed, Anger, Worry, Fear) using correct approach. Try to be natural/realistic. Understand and acknowledge the individuality of others. Understand and accept that each individual posses predominant talents. Only that talent should be cultivated. Nothing should be forced. Forgive and forget others mistakes. Bless people regularly. Thank everyone periodically before sleep. Adequate rest to brain is a must. Further Yogasanam, breathing exercise (Pranayama), meditation, and kayakalpa exercise, regular introspection will help you a lot. Hope I have given adequate information. Be blessed by the Divine.
