Guest guest
Hi there! Wanted to give an update on my severe energy depletion... I recently located a large piece of my puzzle after reading Dr. Kyra Mesich's book The Sensitive Person's Survival Guide and have identified myself as a lifelong " empath, " one who absorbs the emotions of others. Dr. Mesich explained that without protection an empath's nervous system is actually on overdrive and that can lead to fatigue, etc. Her first recommendation is to begin flower essence therapy, which I have. I am very excited! I also finally got my hands on a copy of Donna Eden's Energy Medicine. I LOVE IT and have just started her daily energy routine as well as the Celtic Weave, and a few others. I was intrigued to find a chapter on the Habit Field, as I've been searching for techniques on reprogramming one's morphic field and this is the only info I've found of yet. I've just begun using the temporal tap but am curious if anyone can recommend further techniques not listed in Energy Medicine that effect the habit field? Thanks for your help in advance & Happy New Year!! Betsy D.

Guest guest
Using one of my favorite techniques from Doc's seminars I have been able to resist the energy fields of others and my own " empath " side. By affirming a sensation of security by using your feeling, visualization, emotions - or - by modeling someone who adds up to the outcome you are searching for one can create an energy armor. Place that thought form in your third chakra and then trace the regulator flow, and anchor it at the feet on the inside. Then doing the " hook up " , from pulling the belly button up, and the third eye up at the same time while smiling and breathing in. Doing this everyone morning will not only change the course of energy for the day but will bring about a change in the habbit field of the aura. If left unharnessed empathic skills can take control of a person's life. Yet if studied and meditated upon they can be a great gift. Good luck. , Helen Driscoll <helen wrote: > > Hi Betsy - > > Just using the " Zip Up " (front and back ie governing and central > meridian) does wonders.... > > Helen > On Jan 4, 2007, at 5:23 PM, halloween_in_glasgow wrote: > > > Hi there! > > Wanted to give an update on my severe energy depletion... Guest guest
As we know I am new here and have a LOT to learn so please excuse my ignorance. I was wondering if someone could enlighten me on some of the benefits of being empathic... I have only heard the negatives and have been told to "learn to shut it off". No disrespect intended, I am here to learn. Thank you, Karen
Guest guest
Who am I to speak on the benefits of being an empath? But, I might as well give it a go huh? Theoretically, we all influence eachother through thought fields everyday. Since studying with Doc I come to understand the aura differently, have patience with my metaphore: Imagine the physical body and the aura's relationship to eachother as being that of a shrimp's tiny back bone and it's fleshy outer layer. The body of a human is completely surrounded by electromagnetic information, from emotion, to timelines, to past lives to guiding spirits of deceased ancestors. We are SO much more that our physical body! Being able to tap into these energies is the gift of the empathic. This is a key to the finer definition of life itself. Interacting with eachother's energies is something that one cannot escape. Yet being conscious of these energies is our choice. All of my life I have been very sensitive to other's energies, to the point of phobia. Yet through the training of Doc, using his IDD program and Bullet Proof Aura technology I was able to attune to my own field enough that I can now distinguish between my energies and those of others. The key is to find a ballance between the two. If someone is an empath, their subconscious mind has a need to help others. Protect yourself, but consider your impulse to understand others. Ross Heaven says that fear is just a definition, in that case why not redefine your take on feeling other's vibrations. When doing this, keep in mind that to protect the psychic center one must be conscious of the 2nd chakra, four horizontal fingers below the belly button. Simply placing one hand over the other on this place with offer protection. Those who have encouraged you to shut off this receptivity are probably involved in the martial arts or something which involves a struggle of wills, so it makes sense to shut one's self off from another's energies when systematically destroying or competing with another. Good luck, and trust me, you've been given a gift. Warm regards, RSN , Karen Phillips <karen_p12020 wrote: > > As we know I am new here and have a LOT to learn so please excuse my ignorance. Guest guest
i am empathic been all my life i think but have gotten stronger the older and more spiritual i have gotten. The advantage i have it knowing if a person is a good person or not by just being in their presence. Their energy field tells who they are they might not always show it at first if something is wrong but they always show their butt sooner or later. To me it is radar a way to keep getting hurt by people one way or another. Some empathics are psychic i am not sure i consider myself this but have had occasional occurences which is good to know things before they happen especially if it is a bad thing. Being empathic isnt easy mind you but it is me and I live with it just wish i could make money at it LMAO maybe i would feel better about it HEE HEE.
