Doc -

 

I've been thinking a lot about triple warner and habit fields.

 

Will write a separate email.

 

But -- some great times for Jimmy Dean....

 

When you're walking down a dark street and get that creepy feeling

(jimmy dean, then go into hakalau)

 

When waiting on a line. (for those of this who find waiting on line

especially irksome)

 

When UPS arrives, three phones are ringing, you have five minutes to

qet a quote out.....

 

When an irate customer is on the phone

 

When a stressed out bride is on the phone (our customers are brides

-- also do a zip up)

 

After being in the energy field of a stressed out person,

 

When balancing your checkbook.

 

When stuck in traffic (add zip-up)

 

When your computer crashes

 

When somebody else screws up.

 

When your dogs run down into the canyons after the coyotes -- and

the coyote leads them off to their den....

 

When taking a test.

 

Before going through airport security

 

When learning kung fu moves while you're learning the chinese names

for the kung fu moves (I simply cannot do a perfect move and learn a

foreign language sound that means absolutely nothing to me, at the

same time....)

 

When confused. (add nuerovascular hold)

 

I learned I have to add spooning my feet, since triple warmer

reverses my polarities....

 

When learning complicated dance moves (add spooning feet - since

nothing throws your balance off like reversed polarities ....)

I found a virtually identical version of

this drill on another site some time ago – billed as an allergy cure

So, first, thanks to all the contributors to

this thread – I’ve learned a lot more uses for it

 

I have asthma

It reduced my albuterol use from about 4

times per day to around twice a week.

 

Only one use but a big one for me

drill.

 

1. Put your hands to the sides of the head, where the Triple Warmer

meridian ends.

 

2. Take a deep breath. Hold. Exhale.

 

3. Take another deep breath and at the same time back flush Triple

Warmer meridian up the sides infront of the ears to above the ears.

 

4. Exhale your breath as you continue back flushing Triple Warmer

meridian down behind the ears to your shoulders.

 

5. Dig your finger tips into sm intestine meridian as you slowly and

deeply inhale and exhale at least 2 deep breaths.

 

6. Drag your finger tips over the shoulders (Kidney meridian) and

off the front.

 

Now Triple Warmer meridian is normalize.

 

Anyone want to contribute at least 25 ways WHEN to use the above

One thing for sure is before doing OTHER EM Interventions....so that

they work better!!!

Hey Doc,

 

I started to write the list of 25 when to use the James Dean Method

and a question popped in my mind.

 

From your post, the James Dean Method is to NORMALIZE TW.

Meaning...it makes sure that TW running at the right speed perse

and NOT BEING OVERACTIVE

and NOT BEING OVER ZEALOUS

Being just at the right ALERTNESS LEVEL.

 

Is that right?

 

IF so, with that in mind, JAMES DEAN Method can be used for

all things / events that get someon one rowdied up

to ensure that TW works WITH YOU

not AGAINST YOU by being overzealous.

 

When to use James Dean Method...

Before doing an EM Intervention / Drill

Before going doing the Centering Drill

Before an interview

Before a meeting

One on One with propect Client

with Big Boss

A new person

Before a presentation

expanded to plays

musicals

business meetings

Before a first time

First time doing the presentations,

meetings etc

Jim B Mentioned

Before Medical Operation / Intervention

For Arthritis

For Autoimmune Response Intervention

For Allergies

For Road Rage

 

 

Used with Other Interventions like

NV Holds

EFT

IDD

Daily Routine

etc...

 

 

Now Before going to a Marital Arts Tournament or FIGHT ???

I wonder about this one since you do need the TW activated

but NOT overactive.

When significant other gets home and is upset from work

When kids are angry at something that they wanted to get but did not

get.

 

Below is my brain talking...more like rambling as it processes the

quesition of when to use JD Method.

" Hmmmm.....funny thing about the TW normalizaton or flushin is when

to use it?

IMO...or understanding the very little, TW only goes against you when

it is in OVERDRIVE.

There is a healthy dose of TW...and in a competition I guess it is

OK. "

 

Doc...with the athletes you worked with in the past...was there

occasions where TW Sedation was NOT effective?
