Several levels to what you are stating here.

 

Many take NO self-responsibility with the exception of getting to the MD...

 

....or if it's an 'over-the-counter' swallow the contents and be well type of

product, they read the instructions and do what the instructions say to do.

 

Then there's me.

 

I love research. Especially from the Metals in the field.

 

I love experimentation. Especially with myself and with my loved ones and

friends.

 

For example, several months back a lady came to me and told me her 'gunk in a

bottle' wasn't working for her.

 

I asked 'why she was taking it'?

 

Her answer, 'to lose weight and get in shape'.

 

My answer, " to do that you need to take 4 tablespoons (she was taking one

teaspoon) on an empty stomach. An 'empty stomach' means THREE HOURS with no

food. Then you take the 4 tablespoons mixed with WARM WATER. Wait one hour, then

do HIGH INTENSITY exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes...and 45 minutes is so

much better. The reason why that time table needs to be adhered to is because

the pituitary gland secretes growth hormone in the QUANTITIES needed to melt

fat, and build muscle like an 18 year old ONLY if that time table is followed " .

 

Her tongue hit the floor.

 

(I'm sometimes way TOO COMPLEX for the lazy, ignorant or feeble minded;-)

 

Then she said, " It doesn't say that on the bottle " .

 

My reply, " Yes, but the life extension scientists that concocted that concoction

(Pearson & Shaw) with their research found that was the ideal amount. So if you

want to melt fat and build muscle like an 18 year old, do it " !

 

End of the story?

 

She melted 37 pounds off of her butt, hips and thighs, and now looks like a

female athlete.

 

She did what it took to get where she wanted to be.

 

" SHE DID THE DRILLS TO GET THE SKILLS! "

 

I also taught her the energy side and the mental side to augment that

concoction. I call it " The EASY ENERGY METHOD! " .

 

Which made everything pretty darn easy for her;-)

 

Of course her 2 sisters and her mother are STILL GROSSLY FAT and soft like old

fat maggots on a dead pig, continually bitching about her because she is now too

skinny.

 

Sometimes people need to ignore some and choose better people to hang around.
