overactive foot chakras

Hi shapeshifter,

 

Just some thoughts...rather than shutting down or closing your foot chakras,

would it not help to keep them open and ground the energy into the earth. I

would also perhaps look to any of the chakras above to be sure they were open

and not blocking the flow of energy. Having all the chakras open and flowing

and grounding the energy all the way through you to the earth may stop the foot

chakras from " going crazy " .

 

You could also place a quartz (single point) at each foot with the points

pointing away from your body.
