Donna has said that part of the reason we get jet lag is " when your

body is

unnaturally yanked from the electromagnetic environment to which its

meridians have acclimated and into a time zone that is not in phase

with

them. " pg 129 of Energy Medicine. Given that the astronaut is

outside of

the timezone paradigm altogether for days, I think that there may be

real

benefit in doing the chakra correction from below the feet that Donna

demonstrated in the latest Phoenix class. This will keep the chakra

system

pulling in energy in a manner that is " grounded " . And every 2 hours

they

could do the drill of supporting the next meridian to get the energy

based

on the time zone they left, a modification of the exercise on page

131.

This way, while they are aloft, their system gets the support that

the

earth's natural rhythm would have given. When they return they can

do the

jet lag correction based on the time zone they have returned to. It

would

be just amazing if they try an experiment in using energy medicine

techniques on their journey and they give our community feedback.

Thanks

Richard for reaching way out in the name of energy medicine.

Blessings,

Barb

I don't buy that explanation. I guess its possible, but it doesn't

make sense to me.

What is the correlation of severity of jet lag for people that take

a

flight over the pole vs. taking a flight that just moves

Longitudinally?

The magnetic field lines converge at the poles and the magnetic

force

is the strongest there. Because they converge a small movement in

space equates to a large change in magnetic phase when related

against a similar, distance wise, move at the equator.

I haven't seen any studies looking at my above example. Nor have I

talked to anyone susceptible to jet lag who has done the two

different flights, to ask them if they felt a difference.

I've never suffered from jet lag so I don't know what the problem

really is. I've always thought that jet lag was just people who are

so stuck in a rut of scheduled time comfort that when they are put

into another schedule they resist changing and the resisting is what

causes the symptoms.
