My FIRST THOUGHT/hit, Kimberly, was an under-active thyroid gland.

Have her do the neck rolls we've talked about before.

It helps.

Also stretching the neck...use your thumbs and index finders, and

stretch the neck apart up and down on the front and back...

....then turning off the alarm point on the gland itself with a small

light pinch...

....and then energizing the front of the neck, the adam's apply, with

figure 8's.

It's normally a Triple Warmer thing so normalize Triple Warmer, and

then strengthen Spleen Meridian.

I'd also take her down for a blood test for some type of reality

check.

(NOTE: All data I give out is based upon my video materials, and

teachings from experts like Donna, so HER BOOK is a " MUST! " for

understanding anything that we talk about on this group.;-)

Yes, these are wonderful drills...

....and get her on a rebounder 3 times a day, for the duration of one

song. Cleans out the toxic forces that gather in the lymphatic, plus

it gets the blood circulation up a bit with NO strain on the body.

Well you are doing something, so you are ahead of 99% of the human

race. Good luck.
