Let us hope he does not succumb to the pressures of powers that do nothing

for the health and happiness of the people in America - Health is something

that does not have much going for it over in the US

Dear Amitabh

Thanks for providing details of the family of Dr Sanjay Gupta.

No doubt, your comments are befitting and I join with you on this

occasion and also feel proud of his posting there.

I find that many people who go to USA, do not want to come

back. But in the case of Dr. Sanjay Gupta, his parents are also there,

which is good.

My younger son had gone to USA on a Govt. scholarship, for

doing Phd., 20 years back. He is married to an Indian girl and has a

daughter also . He is in Government job in USA.

I and my wife and another son are living in India.

My son wanted us to come to USA and stay with him,but we do

not want to settle in USA, though we have visited USA.

Now my son refuses to return back to India, because he is

happy there.

Jane's comments are also relevant. But still my wife says to

my son to come down to India and settle here.

Kind regards and with best wishes

Dr. JN Sharma
