Guest guest
Namaste & happy new year greetings to you all! Thanks for your speedy input, Felecia. I've never heard of Blue Tiger's Eye, might it be a dyed or radiated version of Tiger's Eye???? Just wondering what the healing properties would be..... Guest guest
You may have heard the Blue Tiger's Eye referred to as Eagle's Eye, there is also a red version of this stone which is sometimes referred to as Dragon's Eye. Hope this helps ~fate~ smoke_away <rmailbox wrote: Namaste & happy new year greetings to you all! Thanks for your speedy input, Felecia. Guest guest
The color is natural, and depending on the mineral make up, if Tiger's Eye has hemitite in it, then it becomes Tiger Iron. Colors are dependant upon the mineral make up of the stone. ~fate~ smoke_away <rmailbox wrote: Whew!!! I've just finished uploading a page to the photos file containing pictures of 2 recently acquired stones. One is a blue tumbled stone with bands and the other almost jumped into my car! It is a light brown with chocolate brown stripes. It also has a small area that looks like it has some clear quartz on it. Please help me identify these or at least give me a clue as to their properties and what work they want to do with me. Hubby and I are feeling much better today, thanks to all of you wonderful people for sending healing to us. You are precious and valuable!! Love and peace for the new year, Kim C. )
Guest guest
Thanks for your help, Kim! I have an Eagle's Eye/Hawk's Eye, and it's a much darker, almost black/blue. It looks alot like Tiger's Eye with the holographic effect. This stone is much different. It may be related to an agate with its' bands. BUt it's a dark teal, green blue color. I also have a stone that resembles the bands on a crazy lace agate, but it's a bright, turqoise blue color. I wonder if it's been dyed, too. It seems to vibrate when placed on the 3rd eye chakra. Sooooo many different looking - but closely related stones..... Guest guest
Very true, sorry I couldn't be of more help.... I have a few stones that I believe to be dyed as well. Kinda disapointing, but brings in a whole new aspect! Good luck with you search, let me know when you figure it out! ~fate~ smoke_away <rmailbox wrote: Thanks for your help, Kim!
