Guest guest
Hi, Amethyst has long been used to break addictions. It comes in all the shades of purple, including mauves, & it is clear. There are several other stones that are also helpful in general, such as barite & the zeolites. But you can get more specific, pick an aspect of the addiction & work on that - such as - impulse control, or anxiety or any angle at all. You can use lots of stones to help you, if you narrow your scope. It's fascinating the ways the Universe provides to free us from our prisons. Guest guest
I thought of malachite for its protective/cleansing quality - also good for addictions. The biggest importance is what feels right to us, and the will to quite whatever it is that we're facing.
