Hi All

I've been around the list for a while just reading and trying to learn. I

bought a stone a while back which is supposed to help with addictions and I

can't remember the name of it.

Its a clear stone with purplish/mauve going through it - can anyone help?

love to all

Hi,

Amethyst has long been used to break addictions. It comes in all the

shades of purple, including mauves, & it is clear.

There are several other stones that are also helpful in general, such as

barite & the zeolites. But you can get more specific, pick an aspect of the

addiction & work on that - such as - impulse control, or anxiety or any angle

at all. You can use lots of stones to help you, if you narrow your scope.

It's fascinating the ways the Universe provides to free us from our

prisons.

Perhaps amythyst or flourite most of the sugulite Ive seen has not been clear

though there is clear sugulite I am not sure which of the zeolites might come

in a purple or mauve range zeolites ingeneral are said to be good in treating

addictions

I thought of malachite for its protective/cleansing quality - also good for

addictions. The biggest importance is what feels right to us, and the will to

quite whatever it is that we're facing.
