Okay. Use the " sleep induction " from most any hypnotherapy, and that will easily fix the sleeping problem. And, if it doesn't that is normally because the Triple Warmer meridian is in overdrive attempting to protect you by making you stay awake so you can get all those dastardly things done that you need to get done... ....which is a normal situation with people that are motivated to action by away from strategies. I found I awoke each day feeling somewhat um . . . mucousy. That just tells me that the amount you took was TOO MUCH. Remember, MOST PEOPLE do NOT need any extra melatonin until they are in their EARLY 40'S... ....Then the amount they actually need is very small, like in my case I take about 1-1/2 mgs each evening... ....which means that I take a 3 mg tablet, bite it in half, and take only 1/2 a tablet each evening. If I take more than that, I feel loggy and need a bit more sleep. If I don't take it, I need 6-7 hours of sleep. I take it as a HEALTH ingrediant, to stimulate my immune system in the way a younger person's immune system normally is active, NOT to go to sleep! You are using it for the WRONG USUAGE! Besides hypnotherapy, another way to got to sleep quickly and easily are... 1. Bring Down the Flame, chakra drill... 2. Normalizing Triple Warmer Strange Flow... 3. Slow, deep rhymatich breathing exercise... 4. 20 minutes in a hot spa... 5. Good sex... 6. Get up out of bed and make a " to do " list, then go back to bed... 7. Read a valid, but boring book, ie, any L. Michael Hall book... 8. blab, blab, blab... Isn't life great!
