You need to start with the book " Energy Medicine " by Donna Eden.

Great if you get her intro to Energy Medicine DVD. (I think it really

helps to see how the drills are done )

 

Once you understand the principles and start doing the Energy

Medicine drills, (and start feeling really good -- you should get

Doc's Inner Demon Destroyer -- which wlll help you take care of the

psd reaction...
