Guest guest
Yeah, they make those damned seat belts so they cut into my carotid artery. All it would take would be a really violent and rapid stop, and I'd be screwed. Damn bastards. Thank God for government who can tell you whether or not you have the right to die with or without a seat belt on. My heart shaped circuit is backwards a lot of the time. For instance, when I think about assholes in government who make stupid seat belt laws to violate MY rights. How I live or die is my own damn business. The presence or absence of a seatbelt doesn't affect anyone else other than me. They have no damned right to interfere wth my life. So... Reversed heart flow. LOL Reverse trace it ONCE, then trace it the correct way several times slowly enough for the " magnets " in the palm chakras to pull the energies the correct way. You can also do the K-27 massage with " Even though these mother******* don't know how to drive... " and " Even though that God**** bitch just tried to kill me along with everyone in HER car... " Expelling the venom drill. Difficult to do while driving, but go find an exit and pull off in a parking lot somewhere. Break states: 1) laughter. 2) good radio station or CD with your favorite music -- of course, something that keeps you awake. 3) visual awareness drills where instead of the stress, you are focus now on on the distance between you and other cars. How many lanes are there? How many cars are on the left? On the right? In front of you? Etc. Milton Erickson could tell which way someone in another car was going to turn just by paying attention to visual cues that most people missed. So then you know ahead of time that the dumb S.O.B. is going to cut you off, so instead of having to slam on your brakes, you already know ahead of time and are ready for it. another way to do the visual drills that also gives you some additional opportunites for training is 4) hakalau drill while you drive. So then you have access to the other " minds " on the road. Perhaps I'm being generous by calling them " minds " . So you know where they are. You know what they are about to do. And you can also INFLUENCE them. Influence the dumb ****** who is doing 55 in the PASSING lane on a 70 mph highway so they get the bleep over in the SLOOOOOWW lane. (And at night, you might implant suggestions for them to take the slowwwww BUS next time! LOL) The hakalau drill also helps you time distort so you have more time to act or react. Also, if someone almost caused an accident, do the EFT for " Even though I want to get in a wreck and ... (fill in blanks with whatever fits). The hakalau drill is awesome, though, because you start to get impressions about traffic patterns or changes from accidents or construction that you didn't know about, and you know ahead of time to take a different route or at least to be alert for it. Also helps you " see " cops before they see you. :-) Plus, hakalau has the advantage of disocciating you from the stress response so you can stay calm and alert instead of stressed with lower thinking abilities. If you want some quick feedback, go to a pharmacy or a store with a pharmacy that has one of those free blood pressure testers. You might have to try a few stores to find one that fits your arm, because some of those are wayyyyy too small. Take your blood pressure after you just got done driving to the store. Take a few deep breaths, which you can also do while driving, btw, and then go into hakalau and take your blood pressure again. Write down the differences. Compare hakalau to just waiting a minute or two and re-testing it without using hakalau. Doc's got a martial arts video that shows how to do proper self-talk and other martial arts drills while you drive. I don't recall if it was How To Triple Your Hitting Speed In One Evening or not. I haven't watched the older videos in awhile. If anyone recalls which video(s) it's on, please post. Have fun, Jim P.S. Take a tape recorder, because while you are in hakalau, you will start to get ideas that will help you on the projects you are working on. It's much easier to record something than it is to write it down if you're driving. phornepax Mar 19, 2005 1:05 AM Driving is bad for you! 93 Some of my worst energetic states occur while I am driving my car. A while Rommel mentioned something in post on mind-mastery essential skills group about the seatbelt's diagonal orientation over the body. This strikes me as crossing the center line. I might even be better for all of us if we had seatbelts that made an X over our bodies. While I am driving all kinds of panic and anger states can occur. I can feel a cold energy around my spring of life points near the center of my feet, the beginnings of the kidney meridians - sometimes. A few days a go I even felt the heart-shaped radiant circuit flowing backward strongly. I can see things to do before and after driving now: 1. Cross-crawl and Wayne Cook posture. 2. Trace the Meridians in the proper order for the time of day. 3. Trace the heart-shape radiant circuit in the proper direction three times with a smile on my face and proper breaths. What can I do while I am driving, though? I have tapped K-27s with one hand on one occasion. Anthony 93 93 93 Fr. Comedia Pan

I used to drive for a living, first thing I'd do is decide ahead of time that I wasn't going to get upset by anyone or anything on the road. That prevented most things from irritating me. I also would periodically switch my hands on the steering wheel- holding the 'opposite' sides, experiment with turning my hand positions upside down while crossed over, and if the road was clear enough, I'd tilt my head sideways and look at the motion of the road and scenery from the different angle, and try to do that for two minutes at a time then switch. Every two hours I'd take a 5 minute Tai Chi break. these things helped me stay alert and balanced even on a 12 hr drive. Best, David
