I’m really

surprised that the recipes at this site include ingredients such as splenda, instant oatmeal, boxed pudding

mix, sugar. Sure doesn’t sound

like the ingredients for a longer healthier life

to me.

Hi Carol:

Perhaps they are going by a normal

medical definition of a longer life. Make you sick and the medical

profession will prolong it.

Oops! That can’t be

it. They said healthier as well.

Oh yeah. Add a bunch of

pharmaceuticals and you qualify for healthier. Healthier being defined as

“not dead.â€
