I'll throw my opinion out here.

 

The amplification program only turns up the volume of a crystal, it

doesn't make it work any stronger. It's going to work the same as it

did, we amplify it just so we can feel it clearer, perhaps so we can

figure out what it's good for! :)

 

Feeling a crystal's vibrations strongly doesn't necessarily mean it's

a more valuable crystal than one with more subtle vibes.

re to help >us< clarify what we are thinking about a crystal? Then it reall=

That would be my opinion, yes :)

I don't think we change the crystal by amplifying it. Just our own

perception (or, someone else's) of it.

Of course, I've just been playing around with my own here, trying

different facets of the attunement (pun intended) on my own crystals.
