Okay.

Most people who drive for a living, ENJOY DRIVING, and therefore

their Triple Warmer is NOT engaged, BUT their Joy Circuits are

engaged...

So, driving doesn't scramble their energies...

....but if Triple Warmer is engaged because of anger, worry

frustration, fear of accidents, fear of doing wrong, fear of hurting

others, fear of incompetancy, blab, blab, blab,

....then there is an " energy's " being scrambled problem!

Okay.

That's the first part of a peak performance strategy.

Deciding what you DON'T WANT. Unfortunately, if that is all you do

with your segment intending, THEN only those " don't want's " are all

that you'll notice.

You need more than that.

My question is, " what did you decide to do instead? "

>That prevented most things from irritating me.

Again, you need more here.

I sometimes drive for 16-18 hours straight.

I love the visual kinesthetic feel of driving.

So driving is good for me.

The same with riding a motorcycle.

So, go over driving from the perspective of Triple Warmer vs Radiant

Circuits, THEN it will be very productive...

....and IF driving does trigger the TW, THEN what are specific ways

of reducing TW in a manner that you still stay safe and controlled?

Competancy at driving, is a big part of this equation!

Sincerely,
