Guest guest
>Hi Dr. La Tourrette, >end it cuts out so your dulcet tones don't count me back up to >five.....As this is one of the >fundamental exercises, as I >understand it, how should we handle this? Hunnnn? I had to get out Webster's and look up dulcet. Okay. I got it. I buy them from NC... And, this happened once before, so I just made a private cd copy and mailed it. No biggie. I'd suggest you check them all first, then get back to me again on this. Once you know for sure, it'll go out the same day. On the other hand, all the conditionings end exactly the same way, so you can listen enough (which you should anyhow) to accidently memorize the drills, so you can just transfere those words mentally to that drill. Either way is good for me. >When I close my eyes and look up 20 degrees I sometimes get pain in >my eyes even though >I realise that i unconsciously use this >technique throughout the day with my eyes open - any >ideas why >this might be? Yes, your eyes are way too high. Look just above the line of sight. It will still trigger the visual modalities of the brain. The 20 degrees is just another way of saying, " use the visual plane of sight " . Many people hallucinate 20 degrees to be much higher than it actually is. Pretend you are at one end of a football field, looking at the top of the goal posts on the other end of the field. Or, we actually have a video series on Hakalau Training for Time Distortion and Size Distortion, which uses those same skills with your eyes wide awake, feeling fine, feeling better than before. You might want it. Hopefully we'll convert it to dvd before long. Now they are on NTSC videos. >PS - I am not quite sure that I am " back " entirely - my typing is >dreadful!!!!! You are probably NOT hooked up. Sometimes I'll do a couple of energy drills to bring me back more of the way. Pull the ears. So some pushups. Do some Energy Jumping Jacks, then finish up with the Wayne Cook. Remember that to do Remote viewing, at least when you are first beginning does take VERY DEEP LEVELS OF MIND! And the training is to get you to remain conscious going that deeply... ....and one of the steps to do that is to have your body disappear... ....and to have your propioceptives disappear... So, coming back, at the beginning does take practice. >Not used to guided exercises, this is something I would uusually do >myself and I had great >difficulty bringing myslef back up, having >been guided down if you see what I mean. YES. And that is the reason for the process. A method of teaching " brain state " change at will. Pretty soon you'll be able to just " glance up " ... ....accidently remote view the one you are think about, then carry on with business as usual. Great questions. Glad I could help.
