Hi Lori, Group,

Okay.

The following is a neat post...AND one part that is very important

is LEFT OUT!

Now, why is that?

And that's the part about " what are your goals in doing this neat

healing energy stuff " ?

Because once that question is answered and is true, THEN you'll find

out that the exact drills that you do are much much easier, take

less time, and are goal orientated.

Which to me, are all very important.

Hi Dr. La Tourrette,

....and thanks for the reminder about goals. I do have'em really,

just don't know if anyone wants to be bored by them, but here goes:

I have a general goal to improve my health and well being as well as

that of my family, friends and pets.

If I am in good health and feeling good I am in a better position to

help others and to be the best healer, doer, thinker, student,

business owner, example, etc., etc., that I can be.

My goal is to use the energy healing drills to reprogram my body out

of the old habitual energy habits and patterns and blocks that I know

it has a tendency to settle into and that I know may not be in

alignment with the " blueprint " of a healthy human body/energy

system.

Also I have a more vain goal...I plan to look and feel like I'm 35

when I'm 75!

I also have more specific goals as they occur. Like recently, I had

a hunch that certain memories that I was having were contributing to

a certain recurring pain. So when the pain popped up again recently,

I chose to use the temporal tapping and the eye pattern release

methods and I had great results.

Something else, I learned that it's important not to get stuck doing

things a certain way all the time. I had been doing a particular

style of qigong for quite awhile and it worked for me. But, it

wasn't until I decided to try out the energy healing drills that I

realized there were energy blocks that were not being addressed by my

regular qigong practice alone. Seems I had settled into a pattern, a

habit. It was time to do something different. So another goal:

Explore something new, improvise, create a new approach.

I see a lot of other potential in these methods, not just for pain

relief and healing goals, but for things such as reprogramming for

success, improving intuition, clarity of thinking, improving remote

influence,.....I think the list could go on.....I'd be interested in

what other things the group members use their energy healing skills

for.

Best regards,

Lori
