For my own clients, those who want a quickee, good enough, answer I'll teach them both. For MYSELF, I ALWAYS do the full Wayne Cook because I want the full benefits. I do know that Donna teaches both, BUT that when she needs to get unscrambled, SHE DOES THE " FULL " WAYNE COOK, not the simpler version, now called the Tibetan Prayer Pose. Of course the name, Tibetan Prayer Pose sounds more esoteric, so I know many will do the inferior drill " just because " of the better sounding name.
