That is a physiological stimulus to bring blood back into the forebrain AFTER the blood has left because of stress, fear, anger... ....some emotion that has caused the blood to go elsewhere for fight, flight, or freeze. BUT, if you've practiced holding those neurovasculars on yourself, THEN when you " just think about " holding them, that " thinking " is now (because of habit) is now starting the process of the blood flowing back into the forehead neurovasculars. Pavlov's dog...meat powder...bell ringing...salivate... Soon it becomes...bell ringing...salivate... Or a conditioned response. A conditioned response is a type of anchor. Anchoring is immediate, and does NOT take a long time of practice to do, and can be done successfully in just a second! Any phobic response is an anchor. A certain type of smile is an anchor. That special music is an anchor. On the other hand, tapping in GOOD SUCCESSES into the 3rd eye chakra is an anchor (using Donna Eden's technologies)... ....Now the reason she tapps it there is a physiological reason, that being the 3rd eye chakra has certain functions that augment those pleasant feelings, memories... ....so, what might they be? > (joe) > Great state breaker. > > Here's how NOT to do the same thing.
