Guest guest
Does right thumb on top mean right brain dominance then or have I incorrectly read between the lines? i like the bit about keeping a smile on your face. Donna smiles almost all the time, I smile in my sessions and try to make them fun for my clients who often smile too - i just hadn't gone the extra mile of making it conscious if it ever doesn't happen.... cris - docspeed2001 Wednesday, March 30, 2005 12:38 AM More Secrets on the CORRECT Wayne Cook Drill! --- , "Kaelin Kelly" <kkelly30@m...> wrote:> Donna says the Wayne Cook is >better. Guest guest
Good Day Doc, Thanks for pointing out the difference between the Wayne Cook Posture (WCP)and the now modified version referred to as " Tibetan Prayer " (TP) I understand that when the Wayne Cook Posture is done, it is highly benefecial to do both sides. I am not sure if I missed this on your post, but does it matter which side you start off with? Meaning Right Ankle on Left Knee first versus Left Ankle on Right Knee first? Does it matter if you are right or left dominant? Also in the TP, Donna Eden had the Left over right anke & Right hand over left for the modified version. Does it matter? You mentioned " And for BEST RESULTS, do BOTH sides " for the regular WCP. Can the modified version be done right over left with the hands left over right? Thanks.
