The ligaments? The tendons? Triple Warmer over arousal? The muscles? Calcium deposits? Lack of proper neck exercise? Etc? > It may also store emotional issues with it, It may, but not normally. The emotional issues cause the meridians, chakras and the Strange flows to act in a certain way that then affect the muscles sometimes. That's why Energy Testing is so valid and can be easily verified. >but EFT won¹t make a lot of difference until you at least get your >neck joints loosened up a bit. I agree and... ....there is a simple " neck roll " exercise that not only gives you back good neck flexibility... ....and also increases the proper flow of the meridians through the neck... ....opens up the throat chakra so the energies flow better upwards and downwards through the chakra... ....will also " accidently " and " easily " realign those vertabra into their proper alignment. ....make your eyesight better almost overnight... ....increase your brain function and the interactions between the right brain hemisphere and the left hemisphere. There is a simple 2 minute drill that you can do for yourself that will answer that problem. (see archives, it's been posted here several times) > I have quite successfully used EFT on my sore neck but only if it >has been loosened by a treatment within the previous month or two. So, that means you have a psychological reversal and a safety issue about using any Energy Psychology method on your sore neck. Clear up those two items, and pain reduction to zero is normally always achieved quickly and easily. Will the pain come back? Probably, but maybe not. I'd combine the physical drill with the Energy Psychology drill for best self-help healing results.
