Hi Sue, I was talking about the prime motivator for most people, not about a specific person. > It is a very good one, as is pain, but joy is a great motivator, >too. Okay. But for what percentage of the population? 15%? And what type of joy? Many people that have addiction are motivate by something they call " joy " but if they took in the long term picture of what that " joy " does to them, what do they find? How can they use the way they relate to time to know in advance if it is a " pleasure " that is NOT good, or a " pleasure " that is beneficial? And if you are using the incorrect meta-program to motivate someone, ie, using YOUR meta-program and NOT theirs, your chances of success are nil. So, how do you use the proper meta-program (s) with those you work with, including yourself. Have fun.;-) >Said like a fire > element, no? > Sue
