a diploma course in acupuncture.

Hi all,

 

I am from India. (Tamil Nadu State). Here, some of the small

institutions offer one week course on acupuncture. They also confer a

Diploma in Acupunture on completion of this course. They say that they

teach about 14 meridians. I don't know much about Acupuncture. But very

much interested in learning it, after hearing some miraculous cures done

by acupuncturists.

 

Will this one week course will be of use? Is it possible to teach,

(atleast the preliminary things) this in a weeks time? (They charge

Rs.5000 ie( $78) for this course as tuition fee)

 

Also let me know if it is possible to learn acu thro' books.

 

Kindly help by providing me the information.
