Insomnia: The answer could be in your sleep

I used to have insomnia and was a light sleeper for as long as I could

remember. I grew up in an environment where I felt I needed to be on

constant alert, fight/flight.

When I moved away from there the habit still remained with me years

later. That is, until I learned to normalize my triple warmer and

began doing the daily energy routine and EFT and IDD, and one day I

realized I was falling asleep easily and sleeping deeply and not

needing as much sleep. Getting to my alpha and theta level and staying

there as long as I needed to also became easy.

On another note, I used to think that sleep cut into the time that I

could be using to get things done, and that also sometimes contributed

to my insomnia, that is, until I became aware of the night classes

from attending Doc's seminars.

I began teaching myself to remember the night classes and also my

dreams so that now when I wake up I can write down what I learned.

I've learned some very useful things that way and look forward to sleep.

If I program before falling asleep I often get my answers in night

classes and dreams. I also used lucid dreaming to change a nightmare I

had been having since I was a kid into something pleasant, and

eliminated the nightmare. That was something I had not been able to

reach with either EFT or the IDD.

Ironically, you might find the answer to your insomnia in your sleep.
